has or holds any legal rights whatsoever to the Tupelo Taekwondo Plus business name. As a Mississippi
S Corporation, Tupelo Taekwondo Plus is legally empowered to use the Tupelo Taekwonod Plus name uninfringed.
No other entity inside the state of Mississippi may use the Tupelo Taekwondo Plus business name. Anyone else claiming any
rights to the Tupelo Taekwondo Plus business name in Mississippi is entirely unauthorized except by express permission of
a controlling officer of Tupelo Taekwondo Plus Inc.
